The at-home try on process was perfect! It was quick and easy. It definitely was helpful to narrow down which styles of ring that I liked and to see how each would look on my hand from the comfort of my own home.

Asked a few questions and made a request for photos of a stone on a certain setting, reply was super fast and kind in words. Very helpful communications from the sales reps. Can't wait to see her face when I present her with this gorgeous ring!

Absolutely amazing experience purchasing a ring from Miadonna. First and foremost, the ring was made beautifully and was the perfect ring for my fiancé. In addition, it showed up in a beautiful box and bag with the certificate safe in it's packaging. Much nicer than what I've seen from competitors. I should also mention I recieved a first responder discount, which I've never seen from other jewelry businesses. Lastly, and no less important, was the frequent and consistent contact I had with Leslie from Miadonna. She responded swiftly to emails, ensured my ring made it to me safely by an important date, and always remained professional and responsive. Thank you for everything.
