On what should have been my first purchase Meylora took my money but my order was somehow not completed. Customer support was initially super engaged and as soon as I sent them proof of the credit card transactions on my side they went completely silent. They straight up stole my money.

First, when I ordered they offered a buy one get one free for $37.46. So I choose my 2 sets, but upon checkout the price was $48.95. Then shipping. The label was created. But nothing was being shipped. So I email them, and their customer service assures me my item has been shipped and it just hasn't updated. 3 days later it was finally shipped. When I asked why I was lied to, they said they never lied to me. When I asked about price discrepancy, they stopped responding. That alone was enough for me to give them a 1 star. I have all the screenshots from the promotion they were running, the total I was charged, the email correspondence. And after looking today it also states on their website they ship next day. All lies.

I wish I could put 0 stars. I bought the BOGO lashes since I thought it was a great deal and had a 30 day return policy. The lashes took a very long time to come and were not at all worth the money. The lashes do not stay on like advertised. The 30 day return policy is also a lie. You have to contact customer support to initiate a return, which i did 3 times and heard nothing back. When trying to dispute the charge with my credit card Meylora stated that I failed to contact them for a return, which is a lie, and that they do not allow subscription lashes to be returned, which is also a lie because their policy says the first purchase may be returned.

I have been charged for 5 shipments I did not authorize as I cancelled, and the charges continue although I have not received orders. I have emailed and mailed correspondence but no response. I have a legitimate account, subscription # and customer ID and will be taking legal action if this doesn’t stop and I do not get refunded ASAP! Buyer beware. And, lashes were sub par for the cost. Drug store lashes are better quality!!

Tried multiple times to reach out to return lashes (which were flimsy at best) using the directions given and never received information on how to return for a refund.

Horrible experience. I intended to place a single order, but somehow ended up enrolled in their Lash Club subscription without realizing it. I inadvertently paid several monthly subscription fees before noticing the charges. When I contacted the company to request a refund, my request was denied. To make matters worse, I was not impressed with the product either. Overall, this experience left a very bad impression. I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing your order and subscription details before purchasing from this company

I was no able to get thenlashws aligned onto the applicator nor was able to "attach" them to my lashes. I even had someone else try and applt them for me.we both were frustrated. It was not as easy or seamless as the video indicated. Was not able to use them fir my son's wedding. Would love to send them back. Disappointed.

SOOO disappointed! I bought 2 styles received one lash in each container there is supposed to be 2, upper and lower lashes and neither had enough magnetic strength to adhere. Reached out to CS and was asked to send a picture of what I received, so I did and then crickets...never heard back. I attempted to contact a few more times without success. I have been scammed buy Meylora. Reporting to BBB!
