Total waste of time an money. Sim card goes on and off multiple times daily. As far as data goes, horrible. If i am not on a wifi i basically does not work. That goes with the plan that states i have UNLIMITED DATA! So they are liers, cheats and manipulators. Enough said, F*&k Metro and T-Mobile for allowing this. Go to ANYONE except this rip-off!

This is the worst service I have ever had...and I just to be with at. The cell service is terrible when you leave the Wichita city limits. If you try and drive for uber or lyft. The apps hardly work. You always have to reset your network or factory reset your phone. If you want to get calls good luck because after I purchased a new phone I no longer received phone calls. Everyone informed me that it went straight to voicemail. And oh do you need help with your phone don't go to a store they have no idea what there doing. There all 17 year old kids that have no idea about the phones or how they work. They tell you to call customer service and then you hair for 1hour and talk to someone just to be informed that you need to go to the store which you have already done. Then when you switch to a new carrier they won't let you take your phones that you just bought 1 month ago that's not working toa new carrier for 6 month. Even the I was told by the company when I was having so many issues to purchase a new phone because my previous phone was out of date...it was less than 6 months old. So if you are looking for a new phone service I would go somewhere else unless you want crappy cell service and horrible customer service and want to leave the town of Wichita metropolitan area.

Had a csr rep for MetroPCS named Cherry #50225. If I could reach thru the phone and beat her with it I would. Horrible customer service. If I could give this rating less then a 1 star I would. This will most definitely be my last month with MetroPCS.

I have been a customer for years and last month October 2019 I went and got a new phone and 1 for my grandson. I spoke to 2 customer service person and also trouble shooting. They told me to go back to store and exchange it for a new one Cause my phone was getting hot it loses charge very fast and very slow to charge. Not a good phone looks like to me. I'm thinking it's going to start a fire. As it's charging. Well, I go to the store I purchased it from. And, start telling the person at the counter and she cuts me off and starts with 83 dollars over and over again a very rude person. I not get a word in. I walked out. Called customer service again let them know what happened. Will they said we would like for you to go to another store and have them give you a trade on the phone. So, I do and she wants to send me to a repair shop to pay a battery from them. SHE EVEN TOLD ME THAT THE BUILDING I NEED TO FIND IS GREEN. I WILL BE CHANGING COMPANIES AND ALSO TAKING FAMILY WITH ME ALONG WITH TELLING SOME FRIENDS. IM SURE THIS COMPANY DON'T GIVE A DAMN. ALMOST 200. THAT I SPENT TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS. AND SAD PART IS THAT IT'S OVER A DAMN PHONE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONE TO GO TO IF THEY CANT HELP A CUSTOMER WITH A BAD PHONE.

DO NOT USE METROPCS FOR PHONE SERVICE. I have had metropcs for 18 months and have had continually bad service, calls dropped, text messages not delivered. unlimited does not mean unlimited as after a few uses the phone slows dramatically. The last straw was when I wanted to have my number assigned to another phone as my other was destroyed. I had paid my bill just 4 days prior and they wanted to charge 17.00 to activate the new phone. They activated the phone even though I told them I only had 16.00 so they did not take the money and the very next day they disconnected service saying I had to pay the 17.00 to get service back. Since there are 2 phones on my contract both phones have been disconnected and now my elderly mother has no phone in case of an emergency. I went to the store I got phone from and they could not help me. Customer service could or would not help either. If I could give a negative star review I would. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET ANY HELP FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was a Metro PCS customer for over 4 yrs. My second phone finally crashed. I decided not to return to Metro because they have no incentives for established customers- no upgrades or any other perks that would have kept me as a customer. I switched cell provider and received free phone and free case. And to top it all off- my monthly bill is $15 cheaper.

Unbelievabley poor cell service!! It shows on the map i should have excellent coverage, and yet with a 10 foot zone I'll go from 3 -1 bars. Without even moving i might add. Good luck getting any customer support, your options are to turn your data off and on along with your phone...... That is solution for everything, also if there's an influx of people in your area you won't get service at all. Don't waste your money or time
