Abysmal. They are withholding my funds even though the transaction was cancelled two weeks ago. I have no possible way to withdraw or spend funds and have not received a response from costumer service for 14 days.

I wish I can give them 0 ⭐️ they lost my transactions and my transfer. Awful customer service nobody responded to my many emails it is frustrating.

Less than one star. I sold an NFT today, a small one, should have put 685.00 dollars in my metamask but NOPE 0 dollars received and no one is responding to my request for help.

Great Eth wallet. Have never had any problems. I know some people get scammed but it is their fault for giving their seed phrase or showing their QR code. Perhaps Metamask should force new wallet holders to take a 5 minute safety test before they can activate their wallet.

SCAM! So I still can’t get my Shib I bought several months ago. It’s locked in some cloud of theirs. They basically stole 500 bucks from me. Total piece of crap wallet and joke of a customer service. Total frauds and crooks! Do not get this wallet.

I lost all my BNB coin on metamask. I have secured my Recovery Phrase word so it was only me how know them. Support blamed me for the lost!! I warning all peopel how use metamask one day it can be you how just suddenly lose your coins!! Best regards William klausen

DO NOT USE! Gas fee has gone crazy high! There is no customer support, your money will be stuck in there.

Aktuell min. 225€ Gas Gebühren, für eine Bezahlung von 57€ kommen die 225€ Gas Gebühren dazu. Meiner Meinung nach ist sowas Betrug!!! Finger Weg!!!
