I sent my CHP tokens from my Metamask wallet to another wallet. The Metamask portfolio says that the translation Is complete but my funds never arrived! I'm trying to contact the support but none Is replying!

Ik ben misleid en opgelicht door crypto criminelen die zelf ook toegang hebben tot de systemen van Banxa en MetaMask. WEES GEWAARSCHUWD!

Uff! Sono stufo! Mi sento preso in giro. Io ho un problema specifico (non riesco a prelevare fondi depositati DA ME) e ricevo risposte di principio e mezze informazioni. Mi scrivono: “Il bot di supporto pone alcune domande per aiutarti a indirizzarti al team giusto di supporto. Una volta che hai risposto, ti darà un pulsante per parlare con un agente. Se hai bisogno di aiuto: support.MetaMask.io” Cos'è il "bot di supporto“? Come ci accedo? Da support.MetaMask.io? E quali sarebbero le domande alle quali dovrei rispondere? Io ho trovato solo pulsanti che dividono i problemi in categorie, nessuna delle quali è adatta al mio caso. Quanti pulsanti devo cliccare per arrivare a un agente? In definitiva, l'assistenza di MetaMask, anche solo per dimostrare che non c'è stata connivenza tra la piattaforma e i truffatori, è del tutto manchevole, se non assente. Io so che i tokens aggiunti DA ME al mio wallet sono bloccati lì. Io non posso prelevarli, ma nemmeno i truffatori dovrebbero potere. Dunque, o i truffatori sono dilettanti che mi danneggiano senza guadagnarci nulla, o MetaMask è in combutta con loro. Non c'è una terza possibilità.

avoid using metamask without a ledger. Your funds can be easily stolen and compromised without you being aware which happened to me, I did not give permission nor access to any malicious website nor provide my keys/take pictures of it. You’re never safe without a ledger!

I m very happy with MetaMask , thank to MetaMask I saved my money from coinbase with which I was more than unhappy! Every transaction was very easy and quickly. I m more than happy with my MetaMask wallet !
