Approved the payment when I needed it to pay for my bill .

The customer service was very helpful. They provided some repair companies that I could contact. Once I received the cost to repair and forwarded it to the them, within a day or so, they was processing a check for me.

The process was very easy.

Overall, demerit experience was very seamless and easy if it wasn’t for my representative at the dealership, it would’ve been much more difficult. It took a bit more time to expedite since my claim required and inspection that was on site at the dealership that will be working on the car that extended the time that I needed a rental. I was very appreciative that all of the labor on the repair and replacement of parts was covered 100%. I did anticipate that the parts that was nominal charges compared to the labor would have been covered 100% as well but they were not. I was happy to have the $100 deductible but once again the parts portion was $333 out-of-pocket that was not expected. I will be submitting my Car Rental statement to get a reimbursement for the rental. I hope that process goes just as smoothly thank you , Rose Drygala.
