Great product. This would be my fourth machine. Buying this one for my daughter’s two cats.

The package was damaged and I am still not sure if the product even works. I am not sure if damage was company or delivery person. The box was more than likely dropped o er gate so I think delivery but still not happy. Also second box was not delivered at the same time even though both boxes were ordered at the same time.

This was too dirty for me.

I love everything about this litter box except sometimes it smells even though it has a deodorizer. It lasts a lot longer between changes than my old one so that’s a plus. And there aren’t any plastic pieces that might break like my old one had! Definitely recommend!
