I didn’t receive my full order missing the liner package

We have 2 litter boxes now from here and they are quiet and work flawlessly. The litter box is shipped Fedex and you won't see a tracking number for it. If you order extra bags they are through usps and shipped separately which is the tracking number you will see. So this causes confusion when people wonder where their litter box order is. Our box came a few days after. Communication is through email and I heard back the next day.

Where is my package? It says delivered on my 2 items. The first half said it was in my mailbox and I have gotten it; the actual litter box is nowhere to be seen.
