Ok. I have been wanting to get a robot for awhile. I am so glad I waited and researched. This purchase was the best thing I could have done! Love this product and company!

Easy enough for an old lady. I don't care for complicated things..I dont have the patience. The whole process from taking everything apart to remove tape to installing everything went smoothly with easy to follow instructions. Registering was the most difficult part due to finding the password for my WiFi.

I was able to get a replacement power cord from Amazon which was very convenient.

All is ok. Our area to put the cat box does not have electric outlets so we still have not gotten to make use of it, yet.

Shipping was quick, the litter robot works great to! If I could change one thing tho is to Make the bottom lip higher to avoid litter getting thrown out.

Great product arrived sooner than expected and works great! My two cats love it as do I!

This company was very efficient and provided continuous support until the product arrived. The litter box is quite easy to set up as is the app. My cats are reluctant to use it so far, but I think that will change in time.
