I just got mine and I absolutely love it should have gotten one sooner, I would but again...

My litter box came quickly. Additional litter bags came a few days later in a separate shipment. Litter box works well and much easier to clean than my previous litter robot. The only thing I would change is that it’s a bit difficult to add new litter since I get the large tidy cat bins. I have to use a scooper to refill because the opening is small. Looks like the newer model has a larger front opening to resolve that issue though so I will likely get another. As for now, this thing is amazing and keeps the odors completely trapped and is very quiet! Would recommend to a friend.

so far i love it!!

They sent my order sooner than I expected! It was VERY well packed to ensure nothing was broken. Also, the box was well-marked so that you opened it on the CORRECT side!

Price was great and delivery was reasonably quick.

Transaction was easy, litter box arrived quickly. Set up was easy and product is working great.

It arrived just a few days after we ordered it.
