Product shipped quickly and was easily assembled. It's very nice how quiet it is when working. Only issue I had was connecting it to my wi-fi

I've had the product 1 day and I could not get the app to work. I called my internet service still we couldn't get the app loaded. My cats used it but the litter clumps stuck to the screen and the drum. I cleaned it on the 1st day of use! litter pan isn't big enough. I bought it because of the sale on it. I will give it a week but I feel it's not worth the savings of $300.00 or cost of $270.00. Expect a return. Also it's I was unsuccessful getting through to customer service. I have an extra piece. It’s a white sort of half moon shape that came in a plastic bag and I don’t know where it goes and also can you please tell me what is the best litter to use in the box the one that I’m using it’s still kind of wet and messy.

This is actually my third one I purchased. I have a large cat. She weighs 13.2 lbs. I was very happy with the first 2 that I bought, but she’s so big that she needed a larger opening to get into. So this one is perfect.
