Just got it today. Set up was easy and it looks like everything is going to be much easier, then a regular litter box.

This is the 3rd Meowant product I have purchased. Well satisfied ! My 5 cats are happy!

24 hour response time
Customer service responds within a day. Its taking a whole to get the product I ordered which I agreed to shortly after ordering. The response time is great but I have had to ask for updates multiple times rather than updates being provided on a regular basis.

We still have not received the product
We still have not received the product. Its hard to review when its still in the warehouse. Hopefully we get the product soon. 7 days and counting.

keeping me informed even though it was going to be late
Even though the product I ordered was on back order the Meowant customer service emailed me to let me know there was a delay, and kept me updated the entire time. I'm suppose to receive the litter box today and I can't wait to set it up!
