The litter box is more than I expected. My cats had no trouble transitioning from their old box to the new box. It's so quiet.I do not hear it when it is cleaning itself. It has saved me many hours of cleaning and anything that makes my life easier is great.

This is the third litter box I've bought..... I've been very happy with them...... clean up is easy......the litter is pretty clean ( may miss an occasional thing, but rarely).....no problem recommending them.

Great price, shipped quickly. The only negative was software setup was plaged with verification codes, many emails,and server errors.
