This course has exceeded my expectations. The course covers all topics from a to z in great detail. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to take their PT business to the next level (and is willing to put in the work, because the learning material should NOT be underestimated).

As a former client of Menno, I was very confident the course was going to be a great investment and my expectations were high. Still, the course vastly exceeded them! I now have all the tools I need to succeed as an online PT and continue to improve myself as a strength trainee devoted to the iron. Every claim is based on literature review, this gave me huge trust in the recommendations in the course, especially that even in the evidence based community there are differences between coaches. This have boosted my confidence as a personal trainer. In addition, The quality of tools and guides you can use as well to is very useful. The course exceeded my expectation in terms of depth of information and quantity.

The most comprehensive course I've ever taken, including higher education. This course leaves no stone unturned when it comes to nutrition and fitness. It is obviously thorough regarding the science of training and nutrition but the softer chapters regarding adherence, marketing and business, and lifestyle were just as beneficial. Cannot recommend this course enough to new and veteran trainers or fitness enthusiasts. Wonderful resource to have and is probably worth retaking every couple years since it updates as new information is available.

I would recommend this course to anyone interested in fitness and nutrition, It doesn't matter about your previous knowledge of either subject, It's not too intense or time-consuming considering how much you will learn. The course also busts a lot of myths that the mainstream media have made you believe.
