Roger helped me with my issue in a very timely manner. I was able to continue with my website project as planned as a result. And he was so polite as well. (I tend to ask a lot of questions.) Overall an excellent experience.

Customer service is very helpful; they reply to every email and question, and I fully appreciate the time they take out of their day to help me personally. The website offers a free membership for people who want to visit my site daily.

The customer support from Memberspace is excellent and always helpful and prompt even though they are in the US and I am in Australia. When I found a solution difficult to understand, a custom video was made to explain. That's indicative of the level of commitment to helping customers that Memberspace has.

Memberspace was easy to integrate with our Squarespace website. We have used it for about +3 years and it's been exactly what we were looking for. Their customer service is also very active and are always able to help within an hour.

We’ve been working with MemberSpace for 7 years, and our experience has been consistently exceptional. Their customer support is truly outstanding, always responsive, solution-oriented, and incredibly personalized. Every time we’ve needed assistance, their team has been proactive, clear, and genuinely invested in helping us find the best solution. The communication is effective, seamless, and honestly wonderful. It’s rare to find a platform that combines strong technology with such a human and supportive approach. We’re grateful to have MemberSpace as a long-term partner and highly recommend them to any business looking for reliability and top-tier support.
