My drill messed up and started to not work properly so I contacted customer service and within a couple days they msgd me back stating they mailed me a replacement! I had it within a week!!

Fast review of problem and replacement being sent.

I had an issue with my recent purchase. After troubleshooting through email, they sent me a new replacement super quick! I love this company and the customer service. They will take care of you!!!

It was super easy to order and as I live in UAE, I was worried about delivery. Post doesn’t always reach us however, I was anxiously waiting and within 10 days, it was on my doorstep. Couldn’t fault MS, even emailed to check I had received my parcel. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

My handpiece on my scarlet ms drill started making an awful metallic noise every time I got above 10 rpms. I contacted the customer service team and they promptly reviewed the issue video I had sent. They sent out a replacement a few days later and it works perfectly. They were very kind and more responsive than any customer service team I’ve ever dealt with!

If only this kind of customer service was standard everywhere else as well
