Very quick to respond, their posts appear very professional, and easy to contact. The only side that could have some improvement is sending their invoices out in a more timely fasion.

Would love to see more suggestions for effective tags or content. Sometimes the tagging feature has some trouble finding the facebook page I intend to tag. But otherwise it's a great platform, clear reporting analytics and scheduling out posts is quite easy.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Brandi! We will be sure to pass it along to our team.

The only thing that is frustrating to me is that it shows all the optional posts, but doesn't warn you if you've already posted that or if it's about to post the next week.

I would have given it a five star but feel the ads placed should engage the customer for a comment in a positive light!
