Easy & time saving! I really like how user friendly SOCi is and how easy it makes managing social media for our property. Has definitely been a game changer in our online presence and made it easier for us in office to maintain a relationship with our followers.

Our company used Soci for a year and had an excellent experience with the platform. We're distributed across several regions and it was necessary to have a central location for content, publishing and analytics, so Soci was a great solution for that type of distribution. The platform lacks in super in-depth analytics tools (SOV, etc.), but if you're more focused on tracking engagement from a broad POV, this platform will give you everything you need. From recent calls, it sounds like they will be continuing to update the platform with ever-more tools as well. Their reporting platform is also super strong. In all, I can highly recommend Soci to any company with a similar architecture to our own. I also want to recommend Ayesha Anand specifically as a customer excellence manager, she did a fantastic job taking care of our company.
