It was not a less than stellar experience, but having to poke around to find the exact product desired, among a few "same-but-different" items, was a very minor matter. Otherwise, product ordered and received in a timely fashion, all good. Next month we'll see how the testing process goes as we return home....

The site is not the easiest to navigate. My purchase confirmation email said that there may be things to complete so I should log in. I was not able to and it was hard to find a log in. I shipped OnGo tests expedited due to one of my children showing a possible positive and no local tests to be had. Doesn't make sense to drag sick kids out to be tested and possibly spread it. The email that it shipped took 8 hours to be sent so I did email to find out if it did. They responded an hour...not long though...after I finally got the shipping email. The tests are identical to a different brand that was sent home from school. You do not need the app.Tests worked fine. Yes she's a clear positive a few days after the 1st test and we are still negative.

The test is terrific - the shipping was delayed....so I did not get the test in time for a specific event. Not your fault but still had to knock down the overall score a tad.
