Mrs Liesl Henning was flawlessly patient & helpful. She also has an excellent speaking voice that is easy to comprehend immediately Unfortunately I was denied a MEDIGAP plan N from AllState. So I am waiting for the " report of denial " from Allstate's third party consultant that review's application for MEDIGAP I am sure if Allstate has declined then there must be a really high bar to get a MEDIGAP plan But thanks for trying
