I paid 56+ dollars for next day shipping and it came 3 days later. No refund was allowed.

We ordered Ace Bandages on 8/2/20 and finally received it on 8/14/20. Not great service but everything was there.

I purchased 2 cans of disinfectant spray other than the Lysol spray I wanted, they didn’t have it. I was satisfied with the purchase and surprised at how quickly I received it.Very satisfied.Good customer service

I have been using Medical Mega for several years and have been very happy with their service. The very few times something was missing or shipped wrong it was quickly corrected with no hassles. Recommend them to anyone that needs urostomy supplies.

So I paid the rather high price for next day shipping . A week later I had to call this company to find out why I had not received my order . The next day I received 7 of the tables I ordered . I only ordered 4 ! The following day I received 1 more table , bringing the total I ordered to 8 ! Again I ordered 4 with next day shipping at the cost of $56 . It took over a week and I ended up with twice my order . Then I get a call from this company requesting the additional 4 tables returned . Okay so no problem . But I was given a vague 2 day window when fedex might be here to pick up the extra tables . But no apology for the extra inconvenience of having to return the extra tables . AND NO offer of a refund on the hefty next day shipping that I paid for . Again $56 for next day shipping ,that didn't arrive until week later ! Plus a bunch of extra inconvenience .
