Service was fine but the wrong address…
Service was fine but the wrong address was used which caused a delay in receiving the merchandise. Even with that problemthe package arrived before the estimated arrival date.

Looking for right part.
I have partial information on part number needed for the Ormesa gait trainer. After several email exchange, I have a better understanding of the functions of different parts. It took sometime but eventually the appropriate part number was identified and function explained. The price was different more than I first imagined. The package arrived in a timely manner.
