The meals were delivered right up to my doorstep in an insulated bag with frozen cold packs to ensure the contents stayed COLD. The variety in the meal choices were great and each one was fresh and packed with flavor. 10 meals were perfect for my Mon-Fri lunch/dinner routine and the shelf-life on the food gave me 7 days to consume. More than enough time. I look forward to placing my next order.

Meals have different flavors and cover the most important nutrients that should be in everyone's diet. Deliveries great and packaging is also good.

I like to try different meal preps since I’m not always entirely satisfied with the food selection. BUT honestly every meal from meals of steel has been delicious! And look forward to my next meal prep and it keeps me from passing by the drive thru and ruining my goals. Thank you for helping me achieve a healthier I lifestyle.
