This was my first time using MDLIVE and I liked it. It was easy to do and I was able to talk to a Dr. within 10 minutes of starting the process. Within 2 hours I had my medication and was on my way to feeling better.

We had technical difficulties for video but we were able to carry on through phone just fine.

As I was afraid to go to my PCP during to covid19 I used telehealth and I'm so glad I did. The nurse was so nice, polite, and caring. The Dr. Understood my concerns about going out. He listened and helped me with antibiotics in fast pace I was so thankful. Thank you to all doctors, nurses and health care providers for all do, stay safe and take care. Again thank you for caring for during such uncertain times.

I previously used MD Live and the lady I spoke with was very nice and willing to help! My husband called for himself tonight and another lady basically told him she could not provide him with any medical advice over the phone...Isn’t that what the service is for? It was something so simple and easy, yet she was rude and unwilling to help.
