This service is great! The web site was easy to navigate and within minutes I was talking to a doctor on my phone who quickly and professionally addressed my problem and issued a prescription that helped me feel much better in no time. One extra thing MDLive did was to take care of transferring my prescription to a different pharmacy when I found out that the pharmacy I usually use didn't have my prescription in stock. The receptionist at MDLive took care of everything and located a different pharmacy in my area that was able to fill my prescription that same day. What a relief! What can I say but that it's really nice to know that in the privacy of my home and even at the odd hour, I can turn to MDLive for those few occasions when I need to see a doctor.

Doctor was great and incredibly nice to my daughter. She took time to make her laugh and out her at ease. The doctor made sure all our questions were answered and that we fully understood her recommendations.

I woke up at 4 a.m. feeling lousy- severely sore throat, cough, headache. I got in touch with MDLive and a doctor called me back immediately. He couldn’t prescribe antibiotics given the current COVID situation and sent me to get tested. I was negative, but was able to rule that worry out immediately. I took OTC medications and was fine after about three days. I’m glad I could get medical help so quickly. Kudos, MDLive!
