Overall good experience as far as convenience, professionalism, & providers who seem to care. My only qualm is after telling the provider that betamethasone cream was the only medication my eczema would respond to, he said that he couldn't prescribe it (even though it was an MDLIVE provider who had prescribed it to me during a previous call) and prescribed Triamcinolone instead (which didn't work). I was aware that there were scheduled/controlled medications that couldn't be prescribed, but was surprised when I could not get the correct eczema cream. Still, I highly recommend MDLIVE and I will continue to use it in the future if needed!
