We are very sorry this has happened. We aim for quality and every product is checked before shipping. If a product had any signs of damage, it simply would not have got passed our quality control before being shipped. Even though you say there was no visible evidence of damage to the shipping box, we can only think that the damage to the goods must have happened during transit. If you had contacted us directly upon finding the damaged items we would have immediately replaced the items for you. Please send us an email directly and we will do our best to resolve this issue for you. Kind Regards, M&D Jamaican Delights
