The website is is easy to navigate and inter react with. They are very straight forward in their questions about your conditions, and state of health; to find out your medical needs- meds if needed.

Your message board is very hard to navigate. The Dr and I corresponded about prescriptions he could not refill (prescriptions were not listed on the non-refillable list) and that he could not treat diverticulitis, also not listed. After all of this I was messaged that treatment was complete. I could not find the treatment. I called my pharmacy repeatedly and no prescription had been received for the nausea medication I had requested. I spent hours on the website, terribly sick to no avail. I ended up in the ER for 9hrs just to get the nausea medication. I never received an e-mail or text that medication was refilled or a notice of fees that would be charged. My account still shows no charge of visit but my debit card has been charged twice for the visit. Today is the first day I received any correspondence from you regarding my visit to your virtual office.

Sorry to hear you were not feeling well and were not satisfied. The safety of the patient is our utmost priority. MDAnywhere takes great pride in delivering affordable medical services that exceed expectations. We never charge a patient if we cannot treat. Our website states that we cannot refill antibiotics, which is what would be needed for the condition you stated above. Unfortunately there are far too many conditions to list each one on our website that we cannot treat.
