The SIM card isn’t updated, took 2 weeks to deliver a SIM card.

It works great. Just put the chip in and started the car... there it was working great. Alot less expensive than from the factory and just as good.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong GPS SD card for my 2022 Mazda3. I emailed the MazNavStore telling them that the SD card did not work. Sam Nutt responded within 2 days even though my email was sent on Christmas Eve. He quickly determined that I had the wrong SD card. I shipped the wrong one back, and he sent me the good one. I received it a couple of days later, installed it in my Mazda3 and everything worked perfectly. The correct chip was actually $10 more expensive, but I was not charged. Couldn't be happier.

I was excited to find this nav chip for my parents Mazda. However upon inserting it I've discovered that it is not very user friendly. I'm having difficulty changing the city from my parents' home City. Essentially the nav chip will only allow you to navigate within your hometown. Perhaps I'm missing some essential piece, but I tried lots of different ways to change it to no avail.
