Hi Bubba (& pet parent!), Thank you so much for coming back to share another glowing review — it means a lot to see you both again! Hearing that our Freeze-Dried Raw Recipes have earned the "best we've tried" spot is genuinely one of the biggest compliments a pet parent can pay us, especially given how many options are out there. That's one of the highest compliments our ingredients could earn — a meal Bubba genuinely looks forward to, and a treat when he wants a little extra. Our recipes are made to work however you feed, and the same real, whole-food nutrition shows up whether it's a full serving, a topper, mixed with water, for training, or a just-because treat. Thank you for being such a loyal member of the maxbone community. Give Bubba an extra scratch (and maybe a treat) from us — we're so glad to continue being part of his mealtimes. Warm regards, The maxbone team

Hi Valerie, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! Getting three picky doodles to agree on any one meal is no small win — and having them so clearly choose ours over what's already in the bowl genuinely makes us happy to hear — it's exactly the kind of feedback we hope for. Freeze-dried was designed to solve exactly the storage-and-shipping-weight puzzle you called out. Fresh and frozen options can be fantastic nutritionally, but the reality of hauling, storing, and thawing 50-lb shipments is a lot to work around. Our Freeze-Dried Raw Recipes are designed to give you the benefits of raw, whole-food nutrition — vet-formulated, minimally processed, no fillers or synthetic add-ins — without the freezer real estate or the shipping weight. Scoop from a sealed bag, add water if you like, or use it as a topper: all the nutrition without the logistics. Thank you for giving us a try during your search, and for being part of the maxbone community. Give the doodle crew a scratch from us — and here's to many easy meals ahead! Warm regards, The maxbone team

Hi Martha, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! Getting multiple dogs to agree on the same meal is no small feat, so hearing that your Papillons have all thrived on our Freeze-Dried Raw Recipes truly makes our day — and knowing the convenience holds up alongside the nutrition makes it even better. Convenience is genuinely one of the things we work hardest on: freeze-dried lets you skip meal prep, mess, and refrigeration while still giving your pups minimally processed, whole-food nutrition. Whether served as a full meal, mixed with water, as a topper, or as treats, our recipes are designed to fit easily into any routine. Thank you for being part of the maxbone community — please give your Papillons a scratch behind the ears from us. We're so glad we've made mealtime easy for your whole crew! Warm regards, The maxbone team

Hi Victor, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! Seeing a pup's coat get softer and shinier is one of the most satisfying kinds of confirmations we could ask for — it's the visible payoff we hope our Freeze-Dried Raw Recipes provide. The change you noticed is a good reminder of what real, whole-food nutrition can do. Our vet-formulated recipes are made with wholesome, minimally processed ingredients — no fillers, no synthetic add-ins — so every bite is doing genuine work behind the scenes. And whether served as a full meal, mixed with water, as a topper, or (like you've been doing) as treats throughout the day, the same quality shows up in every serving. Thank you for being part of the maxbone community — please give your pup an extra scratch from us. Here's to keeping that shine going! Warm regards, The maxbone team

Hi Robert, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We want to make it right and to refine anything that falls short of the experience we aim to provide.
