One of my favorite fragrance retailers Maxaroma is one of the best companies to buy fragrances from and do business with. As a returning customer I enjoy shopping with them and would happily recommend them to other fragrance lovers. My only concern is that I would love to feel more appreciated as a loyal customer. Small gestures such as complimentary samples or opportunities to try new releases would make a difference. I would enjoy discovering new fragrances and sharing honest reviews of what I try. Overall I’m happy to continue supporting Maxaroma. A little more recognition for loyal customers would make the experience even better.

Honestly, first time ordering off this website. I placed my order on September 27th and I have called customer care twice now since placing the order. I was told that the estimated delivery date is October 16th. That’s almost 3 weeks. My package has been sitting at a USPS sort facility for 7 days in San Francisco. I’m confused on why the shipping process is this slow. I won’t be using this site again. Two thumbs down for me. Update- 10/13 my package was finally delivered today. 16 days to receive my package is excessive. I want to give my honest review on the items I ordered, all of my items were delivered undamaged and in very nice travel testers. Customer service should have done more to help expedite the package but all in all they weren’t rude so that’s a plus. Honestly I still won’t be purchasing from them in the future solely because of the amount of time it takes to receive my package. Update- thank you for taking the time to reply to my review, I will give order from your website again. I am very impressed with the quality of the travel testers and the scents I ordered are spot on. You guys went from 1 star to 5 stars!

Very fast delivery

Excellent service like always. Fast shipping and great packaging, with maxaroma i always feel confident the package will arrive intact. I need more time with the fragrance but so far I love it, creamy, fruity and familiar. Longevity is excellent but that almond note is what stands out.
