I would give this two stars, but compared to the other homework apps I use, ill give this three. Sparx maths is quite decent as you can redo any questions you get wrong, and its times tables games can be quite fun. However, I find that it can be really annoying when you get new workings for a question, especially when you make a typo, as it makes me redo all the workings I have done for a long time, and it doesn't give me an easier question... …maybe not do that or do that when you fail a question 10 times instead of 3?

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Whoever created this app hates children and loves exploiting their brains into doing over complicated SUPER DUPER long questions that no one cares about. This app is a torture device used by teachers. I think this app should shut down for CHILD ENDANGERMENT. I HAVE NEVER HATED MATHS MORE. FREE US!

A Review Fueled by Pure Frustration I honestly didn’t think it was possible for an app to become the single most irritating thing in my daily life, but Sparx Learning somehow achieved it. Every time I open their app, my soul sighs. It’s like the digital embodiment of everything that drains my patience and willpower. The interface feels like it was designed specifically to test my sanity. Buttons are where I don’t expect them, nothing flows naturally, and every task takes about five times longer than it should. It’s the kind of experience that makes you question whether anyone actually tried using this thing before releasing it. And the actual learning process? An endless loop of repetition that feels less like education and more like psychological endurance training. I’ve never felt so defeated by a series of tasks that are supposed to be helpful. Instead of feeling supported, I feel trapped in a never-ending cycle of “do this again… and again… and again,” until I’m wondering why I even started. To make matters worse, the whole app moves like it’s stuck in slow motion. Loading screens that take forever, awkward glitches, and an overall clunky feel that makes even simple actions feel like a chore. At this point, Sparx Learning’s apps aren’t just something I dislike—they’ve pretty much become my personal nemesis. If there was a list of things I dread interacting with, this would be sitting firmly at the top.

Please don’t use this website it’s like selling your soul to the devil but it’s your mental health instead what did we do to deserve this? It’s so boring and every time I see one of those videos what are supposed to help but do absolutely nothing it makes me feel so sad and frustrated :(
