Cheri was AMAZING!
Cheri was AMAZING! We are new to using the services and I was having difficulty figuring out how to the safety courses for a classroom setting. Cheri walked me through every step of the way as well as gave me additional knowledge that I'll need in the future. I know that if I need to call again, I'll have the best support!

Super customer service
The contact is always pleasant and very willing to help. They also go beyond my request, even sending me reports that make my evaluations easier. Also, unlike many help desks there is no problem with communication.
