Unfortunately there was an issue with my order. First I received the wrong product, then the replacement shipment arrived broken. But I can't complain because I had a great experience with customer service. They were prompt to reply and fix the issue, were friendly and attentive and made sure I not only received the right product but that I was also refunded for the trouble. Furthermore, I got to keep the first shipment, which is a product I also use. I have been taking your probiotics for a while now, but this was my first time ordering direct from your website. Although not the ideal first purchase, based on my experience with customer service I will definitely be a returning customer.

Started using the Theralac Pro and Trubifido Pro about one month ago and have seen major improvement with my digestive problems, these probiotics are very high quality.
