Been trying to reach your for weeks. Service is sometimes working temporarily to be drop instantly right after. Seriously?

I can't log in to my account for 3 Months. I can't change the Passwort, because they can't find my Email. I wrote several Emails to the Support Team but got no Answers. The Problem is, that they charge me every Month my Subscription Plan and I can't terminate it!! Hope that my bad review leads to Massgramar contacting me and help me with my problem.

Es wird nicht auf Emails geantwortet (support@ massgramer.com) Funktionen werden einfach von der Seite gelöscht. So wurde AutoLike entfernt. Wird aber beworben. Nach meiner Kündigung wurde mir der Gutschein discount50 abgeboten. Auch dieser lässt sich beim Abo abschließen nicht eingeben! Instagram meldet nach dem Login, dass der Account gesperrt wurde, da auf einem emulierten Gerät zugegriffen worden ist. Emails werden nicht beantwortet! Ich möchte mein Geld zurück!!

No customer support. I tried to cancel my subscription, but can't do it. They keep charging me. Never use them, I dont recommend it. They never reply.

It's absolutely NOT recommended. Payed with Credit Card, nothing happened. Waitet 2 Days, again nothing... Wrote an E-Mail no answer.... Truly Bad...

Tried it and confirmed FRAUD! Allthough the bot kinda "works" (gets IG Account suspended every 2 days), they have a fraud payment sheme where they charge every month twice and won't stop charging even when you cancelled the subscription. Do not subscribe or give them any bank information. We are preparing legal actions right now, so feel free to send me your fraud payments so we can include them in our indictment.

We did pay via SEPA. But the bot is still not unlocked. We already wrote to the support. Nothing happend!
