The experience was great from beginning to end. The variety, ease of use on the website, to the customer service rendered when I had questions. The gift, receiving my Manly Band well before the projected date of shipment (2 weeks, minimum). Wonderful

The ring fit perfectly and they took the time to make sure it fit by sending a ring sizer. Then the crafting was beautiful.

I am not usually one to even write reviews but I have had such a horrible experience with this company. I ordered the wrong size ring at first, which was my fault. But getting ahold of someone to help you fix the problem is nearly impossible. Once I called, chatted, emailed, and finally got ahold of them they sent me the wrong size ring yet again. My final straw is now that I have decided I am done with this company and I sent my ring back and requested a refund, they only refunded me $46 and I was promised a full refund of $232. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Manly Bands makes awesome designed rings and their rings quality are off the roof. Their team are just super attendant and friendly. The shipment was crazy fast as promised and they are very good at following up to make sure that the products are good and satisfied our needs. Ring took about half a year to get. Still looks nothing like the picture. I ordered "The Abrams" which is now completely removed from the website. Incredibly dissapointed about this almost $1,300 purchase. I will never buy from this website again.

Super easy site to use. Great communication on progress after order was made. Having the owner send a personal message after the order was complete was showed exceptional customer service.
