Fede is not only a beautiful soul, very kind and very helpful - but also will genuinely care about your holiday from the moment you reach out through to when you return. Incredibly knowledgeable, shortlisting all the best options within the Maldives and found exactly what we needed. We honestly couldn't have had a better holiday, not just the resort, but the option we chose for dine around and half board was a completely new and better experience - it has been the best holiday we have had to date, and it really is all thanks to Fede. I haven’t used a travel agent for years, as I prefer to sort everything out myself, as I had done for my two previous trips to the Maldives. But having got to know Fede through the Tripadvisor Maldives Forum, I knew his knowledge of the resorts was pretty much unrivalled, so, having identified 3 potential options, and got prices myself, I reached out to Fede for a quote. Not only was he able to beat the quote I had found for the resort I favoured, he was also able to give we additional information about all of the resorts, to help finalise my decision, and agree a deal with him. He was also incredibly patient with me when the Middle East conflict started, impacting my flights and forcing me to change my dates - he agreed to extend his payment date while I sorted things out, and was then able to rearrange my stay. He checked in with me just before we left, confirming we would be met at the airport by his ground agent, which was marvellous, because they made the transfer to our seaplane flight so simple. On the return journey, we had the same level of service, with the agent seeing us through check in. Providing that level of personal service is amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fede to anyone considering a Maldives holiday

We had a fabulous experience with Fede from Maldives Postcards. I initially did a lot of research myself but quickly became overwhelmed and confused. He came highly recommended by a fellow traveller, and while it does take a bit of trust to send money to an online company you’ve never met face-to-face, Fede made a real effort to be transparent and reassuring throughout the process. Honestly, with just one email, he completely understood what we wanted from our holiday. Very quickly, he put together a plan that was spot on and made everything feel easy. On the day of our trip, we had a late flight, and having a representative meet us at the airport to smooth our way was such a lovely touch—something we Kiwi travellers aren’t always used to, as we tend to go it alone. Everything was perfect. As an added bonus, he was able to access better pricing and room options than anything I could find on online booking platforms. Many thanks from our family for making our Maldives trip a truly perfect postcard moment. The only downside is that now we’re already dreaming about going back—so it’s time to get back to work and start saving!

We have booked through Fede and Maldives Postcards 3 times. He really knows what we like and we always book split stays. He is very knowledgeable and very patient and always looks for the best deals and prices. This year was a bit of a challenge when the war with Iran broke out and thanks to him we managed to book alternative flights to the Maldives straight away. Luckily we did so, as it seemed that days later our original flights through the ME were cancelled. With one day delay we did manage to travel and Fede arranged for the 2 resorts in our split-stay arrangement that the reservation was postponed with one day. Fede is very accessible and a very nice and kind person. We are looking forward to booking through him again for our 5th consecutive year in the Maldives at different resorts.
