They took $499 to create my Wikipedia p;age. IO sent them the material they requested and spoke with them by phone. The nothing. The promised a draft and it never came. I disputed the charge with my cc company so at least I didn't lose money. Either a total scam or completely incompetent.

The worse experience ever. It started with lots of promises, but to begin with, at the end, they could not figure out how to charge my card because they are very shady. After several hours of waiting, they were unable to send me a simple email. The funniest part, of course, is that they are all from India or Bangladesh but are giving their names, which sound like an old English aristocrat's; for example, this lady, who for some reason could not give me her email, her name is Kate Dawson, from the Titanic. It went on for several hours; at the end I had to call it off. My advice: stay away as far as possible. They pretend to be a big company, but my card was charged by Shopify. Besides, the listed address is a DHL office. I'll have to contact my lawyer to let him know.
