thought I was paying for one month, I got charged an entire year. It's fraud and now I have to call my bank to dispute it.

Company is a pos. I have reported them for fraud, because that's what they did. Took more money than they was to take from my account,

IT IS SCAM!!!!!!!!! It told me if I sign up it would be FREE but once signed up it said to pay 9.95 for a month and everybody got SCAMED and they stole.JUST DON’T USE THE WEBSITE/APP OR ELSE

As everyone else decided to get the $10 a month and got scammed for $119.40 for the whole year and got no refund, the same thing happened to me. I've already emailed them and they have no contact number AT ALL. I'm hella pissed because I'm a high school student just trying to look at some essays and help me understand. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Just like the other reviews, they scammed me as well in the same manner. I chose a monthly plan that said in bolded letters that it is $9.95 a month, then charged me for the whole year for $119.40. They are a scam and very misleading. They do not offer refunds at all. Do not waste your money on this scam.

I used it once waste of money, rip off, tie you into a 3 month contract. Then continue taking money ..........

thought I was paying for a monthly subscription and they took a yearly amount of 119 dollars of my card. They have NO contact number and you can only message them. Received the email response saying I can not be refunded. I replied to the email alerting them I will be contacting the FBI from scamming and falsifying information and the email was returned back to me saying the email address is not valid. The email said from Zendesk.com who as well are scammers! I will dispute with my bank and I encourage all others to do the same otherwise you will not get a refund.
