I lost all of my information and they were so quick to respond me with everything I needed to know,not like many places that make you wait for days. Thank you

Great customer service!
I sent a gift subscription to wrong address and magspot completely took care of the issue and had great communication with email updates. Very impressed with their customer service!

My own mistake was quickly addressed, great customer service
I ordered a subscription to the WRONG MAGAZINE by accident, contacted customer service by email and heard back within 2 days, they refunded my payment and I ordered the correct one. I didn't start receiving my magazines right away, so I emailed again. They quickly responded , letting me know when my first issue should arrive. I am very impressed with their customer service! But also the subscription price was a HUGE savings over buying it at the grocery store, and the LOWEST subscription price I found online.

Efficient!
Magspot has been quick to respond in emails. I asked for an address change, which can sometimes upset the apple cart. But they changed it and their emails to me were very kind. I appreciate their efforts!
