The pj's were a soft, cozy quality fabric.....love them! Shipping was in acceptable timeframe .

5 dresses
All Of the items I purchased fit perfectly. I am 5’4 and weigh 125. I bought all the dresses in small. They are true to size and look marvelous. Always a great experience.

Unable to return items
I ordered 3 dresses and I didn’t like the fit of them. I attempted to do a return and was told that I couldn’t get a refund because the sale was final. I had no idea that these would not be returnable. What a waste of money. I will not be ordering anything ever again from you.

Hi Kristen. We're so sorry, but as a small business, we do our best to identify items that are marked Final Sale. This is also clearly mentioned in our site policy. However, we do offer exchanges if the fit isn't quite right. Sorry you were unhappy about this policy.
