Iv tried to send two items back as they are irritating my skin. I got to pay for them to go back plus they will only refund one item. So the 60 day policy they are saying on there website is a load of rubbish. Trading standards can deal with them. This company is a scam stay well away.!

If I can give no stars, I would !!!! Your customer service sucks!! Made an order in September and still have not received it. Emailed and called. At this point I want my money back and I’ll go elsewhere!

Purchased a copper bracelet from this company not long ago and all of the magnets are falling out from inside the band. Very disappointing. Cheap product lacking quality.

The removal of the Pin to adjust the bracelet is an idiotic design that requires a jeweler maginfying glass - because the tool breaks with the slightest mis-alignment. 'Designed in the USA' - how embarassing.
