Product is sturdy and well-made, but instructions are lacking. Had to fabricate my own mounting point since the door frame wasn't large enough for the magnet, but that was relatively straightforward. There are several pieces of mounting hardware and different types of screws, but the instructions don't specify which screws go where. I'm guessing the screws were just extra since you don't need near that many based on the template, and that you can choose whichever type of screw works for you, but it would be nice to know for sure in the instructions. Wiring instructions were much more clear and straightforward. Product works well and am happy with purchase.

Your tech support is lacking. You should be able to FaceTime with customers to help trouble shoot any problems and not be told that he can’t help
