Don't pay this company for a service use in advance
When it's time for renewal they keep.asking to.pay one the service for the whole year and they offer two free months , I called them.after 5 months to disconnect the service and asked to refund me the remaining balance since I'm going to use there services anymore they refused and gave me a really hard time And until now I didn't get my refund ,they told me we will keep.as a credit but you won,t get a refund Same thing happens to my cousin I'm writing this review to warn you to never pay them in advance

Hello Seham, as per our terms and conditions: Any service charges (monthly service fees and related charges) are non-‐refundable. However, we do our best to carry out our customer's request but unfortunately in your case, we cannot refund because the charge is too old. We are willing to give you credit for the unused portion of the subscription.

Never worked
Never worked. I sent it back and still waiting on a refund. These people are crooks. Don't do business with them

Hello Shirley, We’re sorry you’re having trouble with the service. I’d like to assure you that our service is working and very stable for many thousands of customers. I found your account and it seems like the agent that spoke to you was told that the reason you’re returning your box and canceling the service is because you’re not interested in Arabic channels and that you don’t speak Arabic. If that’s the reason, we’ll be happy to refund you within 30 days of the package arrival ( it will probably be faster). If there is a technical issues we’ll be happy to resolve them for you if you’re still interested in Arabic TV Channels. Best Regards, Amir

Compared with competitors
Compared with competitors, it is by far worth the money. HD clarity, unlimited channels and for only a token. However, with everything that's good and cheap comes some frozen channels and interferences. In all, it is worth every penny invested in it.

I will never recommend it
I will never recommend it. It doesn't has all the channels , yet I accepted that but on top of that after a while the channels start to disappear and when I call they keep teeling me they are updating the server, for months I'm waiting for the channels to come back but nothing is back. Base line it's a scam.
