Rebecca was excellent! Super fast response, I didn’t even blink and I already had an answer. So certain things come up and you forget you have an auto ship. I found this out through a text I received saying thank you for your purchase and you order will be sent out in 3 days. I completely forgot I had it on auto, I still had so much product left over. My girl and myself loveee the product makes me feel like I have fresh ink again. After I sent the message and got the response not only did Rebecca cancel my subscription for now she also went and stopped the order that was about to ship and gave me a refund. Very nice for a company to do Something like that, most companies would say oh well. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer support. I can’t wait to continue to purchase from such a wonderful company.
