The website was easy to navigate, aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. I was able to search through all the products clearly and find exactly what i was looking for. I will be purchasing from their website again.

I received an incomplete order and emailed my problem to Strike Gently. Madeline was very helpful in resolving my problem. Other than this one instance, I have never had a problem ordering or using their products!

I love the smell and consistency of this product. It just melts into your skin and makes your tattoo feel and look great! I got myself the balm, but got balm sticks for Christmas for a bunch of friends with tattoos and they've all said nothing but great things about theirs!

So many different tattoo creams out there, and I am glad I made the correct choice with this product. I am definitely a returning customer.
