The item I ordered was way different than the one advertised. Too expensive, cheap looking and took to long to deliver

The photos of the product do not match what you get. I ordered the book Letter pillow, and in the photos, you can clearly see the dragon is 3D and looks like a stuffed animal sewn onto the pillow. The pillow is also a blue velvet with seamed sides that show a front, back, and side panel all around. That is also false. It is only a front and back panel, which means the pillow has no shape. The actual product is a 2D print on plain white fabric and looks terrible. This company is a scam. I asked for a refund and they would not, even though their website says money back guarantee. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN REPORTED AND ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!

Absolutely terrible !! I ordered a Christmas ornament in early November never received until January 26th. I cancelled the order through my credit card … this company ignored the fact my item was not received and was held for fraudulent postage on their end. Resent the ornament again. Very cheap quality nothing what it look like on their website.. BE AWARE!! 3 months for delivery

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase from your store. The product I received is significantly different from what was shown online. The quality, size, appearance, and style do not match my expectations based on your website's presentation. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I have decided that I will not be making any further purchases from your store. I hope that you take customer feedback seriously and consider improving the accuracy of your online product representations.

Ordered custom ornament Nov 6, it is now January 23rd… not received. Email after email met with apologies and promises of replacement. Constant excuses . The emails read like a bot, asking for a picture of the damaged item. I said I didn’t receive it, how am I to take a picture? They ignore requests for refunds, it’s so frustrating.
