Overall it was a good experience, a great buy and follow up. The difficulty was with my credit company which blocked the transaction. They just needed verification from me.

Product came on time and works very well in my home. An assistant from macmall did follow-up with a call to see if any problems with my product. Very good service.

After a delay in making contact, I found the product I wanted (a Dell monitor that a was hard to find elsewhere) and purchased it. The delivery went to the wrong address (an "8" was mistaken for a "3"). But it wasn't far from my home, so I drove to where it was shipped and retrieved it. I hooked it to my computer and it works beautifully.

A nice computer, packed well, and shipped fast. A good value for the price. The only thing missing was a COA for the installed Windows 10 software. Hopefully I will never have to do a fresh install, but if I do it will cost me, where it should not.
