happy ending
I had ordered 2 tickets for LIB and paid but for some reason my card didn't go through and I only had 24 hours to fix it but I didn't see them email till it was too late and lost the tickets. After emailing the Lyte staff they were generous enough to give me back the tickets I had reserved and are partially refunding me since I had to repurchase the tickets at a higher price than before. Thankfully theres a happy ending I got my original two tickets and am only having to pay for the original price so I am thankful and happy everything worked out! Thank you Lyte team!

No Tickets at Login
My ticket wasn't showing up when I logged in, despite using the same email used when I first bought it. So I emailed support, Jay responded within minutes, and it was fixed just as quickly. Ever since the plague started, every day has been an ordeal, but this wasn't.
