My Luxyride experience was fabulous!
My Luxyride experience was fabulous!! On both of my rides, to and from JFK, the comunications from Luxyride was outstanding, the two drivers were very professional and excellent drivers, and the cars were beautiful. I would highly recommend Luxyride. Barry Dickstein

They are improving
They are improving. I have found that sometimes drivers pick up the reservation last minute but although that makes you anxious to know someone is coming there hasn't been a time that no one has come. The only slight negative is that the drivers are very robotic and don't converse or make conversation to make it a personal feel.
